Nothing in this section shall prevent lodi29 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent harm from prohibited conduct.
lodi29 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lodi29 will notify registered Members via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the lodi29 platform not less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory authority directive, in which case shorter notice may apply.
Your continued use of lodi29 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
